A beautiful brand new construction house (2024). Relax at our lake house and experience the island life. Our home is family friendly and is available for groups and/or families up to ten people (including children).
Master bedroom has a king size bed and a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen size bed. Guest bedroom #3 has (4) full size beds and the living room has a queen size sofa bed. Guest full bath w/ a tub and shower.
There is a large fire pit area and a brand new 6 person hot tub on the patio.
Free Wifi w/ Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+ available on all TVs! No need to login to your accounts!
All linens are provided.
Everything is brand new!
We require 50% upon booking and the final 50% 7 days before your stay. Applicable taxes are Erie County Lodging Tax 4% and Kelley’s Island Lodging Tax 2%
