bed, one (1) bedroom with four (4) twin size bunkbeds, one full bath located upstairs. Guest bedrooms include one (1) Queen size bedroom, one (1) Full Sized bedroom, one full bath located on the main floor. House has central heat and air. This rental also includes: one (1) 55″ flat screen TV in Living Room, three 32″ flat screen TV’s in bedrooms (one in Master bedroom, and both main floor bedrooms. No TV in bedroom with bunkbeds)
High speed internet, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, dish washer, electric range with oven, microwave, Keurig, toaster, pots, pans, crockpot, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, cutting board, mixing bowls, washer, dryer,
use of vacuum, broom w/ dust pan and mop. Linens ARE NOT provided Tenant must provide their own sheets, pillow cases and towels.
