The Alvar Retreat is a luxury four bedroom, four bath condo located in the heart of downtown Kelleys Island. We have two master bedrooms (one upper and one lower) with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. We also have bedroom with a queen size bed and another with two twin beds. There are a total of 3.5 baths.
