Uniquely constructed Kelleys Island rental – The Barn sleeps six, two bedrooms with one queen size bed and the other with a full-size bed on bottom as well as an additional twin bed. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, dishwasher and utensils. Full bath with shower. Living room with couch, chairs, 50″ Flat screen with DirecTV and stereo. Central air and heat. Large rear deck with tiki style bar and gas grill. Large fire pit in back yard. Beach privileges a short walk away. Plenty of room for parking and boats.

Our Policies
• Weekend requires a two night minimum
• Must be 21 years old to rent
• No linens provided, all must be provided by renter (brought) – Optional linens available for $75 upon request
• 50% deposit required to hold any reservations plus $150 security deposit
• Full balance is due 30 days before check-in
• Payments can be made via personal check, cashiers check or money order only – sorry no credit cards.
• No refunds or cancellations inside of 14 days – unless able to rent
• Check-in time is 3pm
• Check-out time is 11am
• Unauthorized guests will be charged
• No smoking inside
• No pets allowed
• No pools or slip-n-slides please
• Wheel chair accessible upon request
• Wi-fi is limited
• Additional fees may be charge if extra cleaning is needed
